This hunting lease is leased and not available. 30-acre tract in Georgetown County. Surrounded by large forest land and agriculture. Timber harvest 6 years ago with volunteer growth. Natural vegetation with property line trees and some mature Oaks and pines. This property has been hunted but not a lot. Landowner did allow a hunter to occasionally go the past several years. I did not inspect this property and unsure if the last hunter did any improvements. Judging by the aerial photos and surrounding property, I suspect this could be a prime bedding and cover area. The landowner will allow the new lease to do what needs to be done to improve hunting if you choose. If you are looking for a smaller manageable tract this could be a hot spot.

ATV for hunting purposes only. Camping allowed but camper has to be moved at the end of season.
